We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: name, email, phone (optional)
• Composition data: story, music preferences, dedication, photos
• Payment data: processed by our partners (Stripe, EFI) — we do not store card details
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, cookies (see Cookie Policy)

• Generate your personalized song and deliver the gift
• Process payments
• Communication regarding your order
• Service improvement (aggregated and anonymized analysis)
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations

We process your data based on: (i) contract performance; (ii) consent (where applicable); (iii) legitimate interest; (iv) compliance with legal obligation.

We share data only with partners essential to operations:

• AI processing: OpenAI, SunoAPI, Kie.ai (composition data only)
• Payments: Stripe, EFI
• Hosting: Vercel, Supabase, BunnyCDN
• Authorities, when legally required

During the beta phase, compositions created at no cost are public by default. This means the following elements may be displayed publicly, as authorized by Section 5 of the Terms of Service:

• Lyrics, title, and recording of the song
• Generated music video (including uploaded photos that compose it)
• Dedication text
• Recipient name (when provided)
• First name or nickname of the sender (when provided)

These elements may be broadcast on: public pages and showcases on the platform itself; official MusiLove profiles on social media (Instagram @musilove.app, TikTok @musilove.app, YouTube, and other channels); paid advertisements; promotional materials; commercial partnerships; email marketing.

Legal basis: express consent (LGPD Art. 7, I), manifested by acceptance of these Terms at the moment of creating the free composition, and MusiLove's legitimate interest in promoting the service (LGPD Art. 7, IX), balanced against the data subject's legitimate interests.

How to restrict: you may make a composition private at any time by upgrading to a paid plan. After the upgrade, the composition is removed from public showcases on the platform within a reasonable timeframe and stops being included in new marketing materials. Publications and ads already broadcast may remain accessible until their natural conclusion, as detailed in the Terms.

Before creating a free composition, ensure you have authorization from the recipient and any other persons depicted or mentioned for the public use described.

We keep your data while your account is active and for the legally required period. You may request deletion at any time.
