Terms of Service

By accessing and using MusiLove, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MusiLove is a platform that allows you to create personalized songs using artificial intelligence, music videos with your photos, and exclusive delivery pages for gifting.

To use certain features, you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You retain rights over the information, photos, and personal data you submit for the creation of your gift. By using our services, you grant MusiLove a license to process this content for the purpose of generating your personalized composition, including through third-party AI models, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you submit and declare that you hold all necessary rights and authorizations regarding photos, names, and other third-party data you use (including, where applicable, authorization from the recipient and/or persons depicted in images). You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, that infringes copyright, image rights, or privacy rights of third parties, or that contains data of minors without the proper consent of legal guardians.

MusiLove reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules, suspend repeat-offender accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

Paid plans (Hit and Album): you receive personal and commercial use rights over the generated song, lyrics, and music video, and may distribute them freely and keep them private if desired.

Free preview: compositions created at no cost (during the free preview available to the user, before any payment) are public by default, and may be viewed, discovered, shared, and broadcast by MusiLove and by other platform users.

By using the free preview service, you expressly grant MusiLove (Wizzy Tecnologia da Informação Ltda - ME, CNPJ 64.445.021/0001-01) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable during the period of public use, and perpetual for uses already made license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, broadcast, promote, adapt, edit, and publicly transmit the composition as a whole and its individual elements — including music, lyrics, music video, dedication text, recipient name, and uploaded photos — across any media or marketing channels, without prior notice or additional payment. This includes, but is not limited to: social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook), paid advertisements, institutional website, email marketing, commercial partnerships, offline promotional materials, and on-platform showcases.

How to make it private: at any time, you may revoke the license for future uses by upgrading the composition to a paid plan. After the upgrade, MusiLove commits to, within a reasonable timeframe, removing the composition from public showcases on the platform and ceasing inclusion in new marketing materials. Uses already made before the upgrade (active publications, running ads, materials already distributed) may remain accessible until their natural conclusion.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you hold all rights over the content submitted; (ii) you have obtained authorization from persons depicted or mentioned (including the gift recipient) for the public use described above when the generated content is public; (iii) MusiLove's use under these Terms does not violate third-party rights.

Current prices are available on the plans page. Payments are one-time (no subscription) via PIX or credit card. Album credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

MusiLove strives to deliver quality but does not guarantee that the final result will meet 100% of the user's subjective expectations. The service is provided "as is".

These terms may be updated. We will notify relevant changes by email, WhatsApp (when authorized), or on the platform.

Email: by creating a MusiLove account, you agree to receive service-related communications (status of your song, gift reminders, important updates) and, occasionally, marketing communications (promotions, news, occasion suggestions for gifting). You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

WhatsApp: by choosing to provide your WhatsApp number through the opt-in screen on the platform (button "Yes, notify me on WhatsApp" or similar) and sending the initial verification message, you expressly authorize us to:

(i) send status notifications about your creation — song ready, music video ready, reminders to finish your gift when not yet paid;

(ii) send marketing communications related to MusiLove — personalized promotions, product updates, occasion suggestions for gifting, and discount coupon offers.

How to opt out: you may revoke this authorization at any time by replying STOP in any of our WhatsApp messages. After opt-out, we suspend new sends within 24 hours and permanently store your preference to prevent future resends. WhatsApp opt-out does not affect email communications (which have their own opt-out) and vice versa.

Security and third parties: messages sent via WhatsApp follow WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. We never share your number with third parties for external marketing purposes. More details on personal data processing are in our Privacy Policy.
